SHIPPING INFORMATION AND POLICIES

We are committed to implementing a professional, safe, and timely transportation process, ensuring that equipment is delivered in full, in its original condition, and ready for operation at our customers’ sites nationwide.

1. Nationwide shipping coverage

  • The company has the full capacity to coordinate and deliver excavators to all provinces and cities nationwide, from the northern region such as Kinh Mon (Hai Duong) to the western and southern provinces such as Can Tho and Long An.
  • The transportation services are organized flexibly, meeting the needs of both individual customers and businesses operating in the fields of mining, port operations, and terminals.

2. Ability to meet diverse transportation needs

  • The company provides safe transportation for the full range of equipment segments, from small machines and wheeled excavators (140, 200) to large and extra-large excavators (450, 650, 750, 800, 850).
  • For specialized equipment such as excavators with a 17m boom or machines equipped with high-power electrical systems, the dismantling, securing, and transportation process is carried out by a team of experienced technicians to ensure absolute safety for the machine’s structure and drive system.

3. Equipment handover process

  • Kiểm tra kỹ thuật trước khi xuất bãi: Tất cả máy xúc, đặc biệt là các dòng máy chuyển đổi sang hệ thống điện, đều được kiểm tra vận hành thực tế và hiệu chỉnh đầy đủ nhằm đảm bảo thiết bị hoạt động ổn định trước khi đưa lên phương tiện vận chuyển.
  • On-site delivery and installation: After the equipment is delivered to the customer’s location, our electrical and mechanical engineering team will assist with on-site installation, calibration, and system completion, ensuring the machine can be put into operation immediately when needed.
  • Onboarding and Operation Support: During the handover process, the company is ready to provide detailed operational training to customers, including new operators, to ensure that the equipment is received and used smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Chúng tôi cam kết mang đến sự an tâm và giá trị sử dụng lâu dài cho khách hàng thông qua chính sách bảo hành rõ ràng, trách nhiệm và nhất quán. Dựa trên nền tảng kỹ thuật vững chắc cùng kinh nghiệm triển khai thực tế tại Hải Dương, Cần Thơ, Long An, chính sách bảo hành của Máy xúc điện Toàn Việt Nam tập trung vào việc duy trì hiệu suất vận hành ổn định – nhanh – mạnh của thiết bị trong suốt quá trình sử dụng.

1. Phạm vi bảo hành

  • Hệ thống chuyển đổi điện: Bảo hành toàn bộ hệ thống mô-tơ điện công suất lớn, tủ điều khiển và các thiết bị điện liên quan do chúng tôi thiết kế, lắp đặt sau khi chuyển đổi.
  • Hệ thống cơ khí & thủy lực: Bảo hành các hạng mục gia công, mối hàn kết cấu, cần dài (lên đến 17m), gầu ngoạm và các bộ phận thủy lực được lắp đặt hoặc cải tạo bởi đội ngũ kỹ thuật của công ty.
  • Dòng máy áp dụng: Áp dụng cho các phân khúc máy từ 80 – 850 thuộc các thương hiệu Komatsu, Hitachi, Kobelco, CAT, Sumitomo.

2. Cam kết thời gian phản hồi

  • Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật 24/7: Tiếp nhận thông tin và tư vấn xử lý sự cố từ xa nhanh chóng, hạn chế tối đa thời gian dừng máy tại công trường, cầu cảng.
  • Hỗ trợ tận nơi: Trong trường hợp cần thiết, đội ngũ kỹ thuật sẵn sàng di chuyển trực tiếp đến bãi máy, công trường hoặc cầu cảng của khách hàng trên toàn quốc để khắc phục sự cố.

3. Điều kiện bảo hành

  • Thiết bị được vận hành đúng theo quy trình và hướng dẫn kỹ thuật do chúng tôi bàn giao (khách hàng được đào tạo đầy đủ, kể cả đối với lái mới).
  • Sử dụng linh kiện, phụ tùng đồng bộ do công ty cung cấp hoặc khuyến nghị nhằm đảm bảo hiệu suất và độ ổn định của máy xúc điện.

Based on a solid technical foundation and practical implementation experience in Hai Duong, Can Tho, and Long An, Toan Viet Nam’s warranty policy for electric excavators focuses on maintaining the stable, fast, and powerful performance of the equipment throughout its lifespan.

1. Warranty coverage

  • Power conversion system: We provide a full warranty for the entire system of high-power electric motors, control cabinets, and related electrical equipment designed and installed by us after conversion.
  • Mechanical & Hydraulic Systems: Warranty covers fabrication, structural welds, long booms (up to 17m), grab buckets, and hydraulic components installed or modified by the company’s technical team.
  • Applicable machine models: Applies to machine segments from 80 – 850 from brands such as Komatsu, Hitachi, Kobelco, CAT, and Sumitomo.

2. Commitment to response time

  • 24/7 Technical Support: Receive information and provide remote troubleshooting advice quickly, minimizing downtime at construction sites and ports.
  • On-site support: If necessary, our technical team is ready to travel directly to the customer’s equipment yard, construction site, or dock nationwide to resolve the issue.

3. Warranty Conditions

  • Thiết bị được vận hành đúng theo quy trình và hướng dẫn kỹ thuật do chúng tôi bàn giao (khách hàng được đào tạo đầy đủ, kể cả đối với lái mới).
  • Use genuine or recommended components and spare parts supplied by the company to ensure the performance and stability of the electric excavator.

4. Post-warranty support policy

  • We offer replacement parts at discounted prices to customers who have previously used our company’s services.
  • Regular inspection and maintenance support helps the machine maintain optimal operating conditions, high productivity, and long-term stability.

Insurance coverage

Collision damage waiver (CDW): Includes 20% tax; Excess 1,205 GBP

Theft waiver (TW): Includes 20% tax; Excess 1,205 GBP

Third party liability protection (TP): Includes 20% tax; Maximum Coverage Unlimited.

The Excess Liability is the amount determined by the car rental supplier for which you can be held liable in case of damage/theft of the vehicle. Damage to or loss of tyres, windscreens, glass and undercarriage may not be covered by the CDW (Collision Damage Waiver). Please check with the rental agent at the desk.

If you purchase the Excess Reimbursement Insurance from a third party, the main driver will be required to present their credit card at the rental desk in order for the car rental agent to authorize the deposit.

Important Information

Franchise

An incident deductible is AUD 3000.00 including tax.
Car Theft Franchise is AUD 3000.00 including tax.

Collateral at the front desk

A car rental company is required to provide a deposit of AUD 3000.00 upon receipt of the car. The mortgage will be returned after the end of the lease, if all conditions are fulfilled.

Mileage / Kilometers

Your rental includes an unlimited number of free miles.

Age requirements

The minimum rental age for this car is 18 years.

Getting a car

Passport or ID is required.
An international driver’s license is required if the national driver’s license is not printed in English.

Payment methods

The primary driver must have a credit card in his / her name when picking up the car. The card must have sufficient funds available to cover the amount of the deductible / down payment (which will be blocked on the card during the rental).

Cash and debit cards are not accepted.
